Business Development Trainee – 6‑Month Programme

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Business Development Trainee for a six‑month programme starting September 2026. You will support the business development team with market research, feasibility studies, and analytical tasks across various hotel projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence and feasibility assessments for new hotel projects, preparing financial projections.
• Perform market research and compile business intelligence for regional markets.
• Assist developers in preparing project approval documents and handling information requests.
• Support corporate business‑development tasks, including reporting and ad‑hoc portfolio analysis.
• Contribute to strategic projects such as research, analysis, presentations, and financial modelling.
• Maintain and update databases in liaison with developers and regional offices.
• Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, conferences, and internal committees.
• Keep marketing and sales documentation up‑to‑date for the team.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Belgium.
• Strong analytical ability and solid mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written communication.
• Understanding of corporate finance principles and financial statements.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
