Business Development Representative – UK market

About the role

Peripass is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to generate enterprise‑level opportunities for the UK market. Based in our Amsterdam hub, you will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Head of Business Development, gaining a fast‑track entry into enterprise SaaS sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the UK market.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach via cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts, uncover business challenges and position Peripass solutions.
• Present high‑impact use cases to C‑level prospects.
• Represent Peripass at fairs and industry events.
• Report progress and results to the Head of Business Development.

Required profile

• Motivated and coachable with a hustler mentality.
• Resilient and able to handle the ups and downs of sales outreach.
• Strong desire to learn enterprise SaaS sales and grow a sales career.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision‑makers.
