Business Development Manager – Semi Trucks (Belgium/Luxembourg)

About the role

Tesla is expanding the deployment of its Semi electric trucks across Belgium and Luxembourg. The Business Development Manager will build and maintain relationships with fleet customers, understand their operational needs, and guide them through vehicle and charging‑infrastructure specification, delivery, commissioning and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual fleet accounts and associated sites.
• Identify and convert leads into signed sales contracts.
• Evaluate customer requirements to ensure the Semi fits operational needs.
• Provide vehicle and charging specifications and coordinate with infrastructure teams for site readiness.
• Relay customer feedback to program and engineering teams.
• Negotiate sales contracts and support government‑funded projects.
• Deliver market and customer insights to shape Tesla’s Semi growth strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in fleet management, commercial‑vehicle sales or related industry leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for senior‑level and government audiences.
• Self‑starter able to juggle multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder coordination.
