Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Cream, you will drive growth by building strong client relationships, recruiting top consulting talent, and overseeing the professional development of your team. You will work in a fast‑paced consulting environment serving leading organisations in banking, insurance, telecom, energy, pharmaceutical and transport sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, respond to RFP/RFQ processes and craft competitive proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Source, interview and assess candidates for consulting positions, attracting high‑potential talent.
• Manage consultants’ career paths, providing training, performance follow‑up and skill development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in a consulting environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, results‑driven and comfortable with demanding targets.
