Business Development Manager

About the role

TCS Belgium is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across multiple industry sectors in Belgium. The role focuses on acquiring net‑new customers, building long‑term relationships, and delivering end‑to‑end IT consulting and services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with customers in Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, BFSI, Utilities, and Consumer Business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company offerings and market trends.
• Promote value‑added services and integrated solutions, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery requirements are captured.
• Represent TCS at conferences, seminars, and industry events to showcase thought leadership.
• Collaborate with onsite‑offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Travel as required to meet customers and attend events.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience in multinational environments within the listed industry sectors.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (spoken, written, and reading).
• Proven track record of generating new revenue and managing complex sales cycles.
