Business Development Manager – Benelux, France & Germany

About the role

Soleras Precision is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead market expansion across the Benelux, France and Germany. You will be responsible for the company’s daily operations, strategy execution and overall P&L performance while driving external sales and building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
• Lead external sales activities with a strong hunter mindset.
• Build and expand the customer portfolio in machine building and related industries.
• Strengthen market positioning and brand visibility.
• Lead negotiations, manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel regularly across the Benelux, France and Germany.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality and delivery performance.
• Implement and optimise processes, organisational structures and cross‑department collaboration.
• Manage budgets, cost control, profitability and own the P&L.
• Recruit, develop and lead high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in machine building or an industrial environment.
• Proven track record in a senior sales or business development role.
• Strong sales‑driven, hunter mindset.
• Experience with cost calculations, pricing and financial follow‑up.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and scale organisations.
• Excellent leadership and cross‑functional team management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the target regions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German and/or French a plus.
