Business Development & Account Manager

About the role

PanTera is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to lead strategic customer engagement and build long‑term partnerships with medium and large radiopharmaceutical customers worldwide. The role combines account management duties with the creation and execution of growth initiatives across new geographies and product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client success by coordinating internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute commercial contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services by working closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Represent PanTera at trade fairs, congresses, and customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Identify and lead strategic mid‑ and long‑term business initiatives, including expanding production capacity into new regions.
• Evaluate and negotiate partnerships, commercial agreements, and pricing strategies for Ac‑225 supply.
• Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive activities to anticipate customer needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a scientific field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sector, with a proven ability to translate strategic thinking into execution.
• Proactive, independent, team‑oriented, and flexible with a strong desire to learn about innovative isotope production and oncology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and reliable service delivery.
