Business Developer – Innovation Funding (up to €65k)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international innovation consulting group based in Belgium and help companies secure funding for their R&D projects. As a Business Developer you will work directly with CEOs, R&D leaders, start‑ups and multinational firms across cutting‑edge sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects in technology, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing and other industries.
• Build a robust pipeline through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and targeted business‑development initiatives.
• Analyse clients’ innovation and R&D projects to uncover funding opportunities and optimisation needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract negotiation and signing.
• Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in the other national language and English.
• First experience in sales, business development, consulting or a client‑facing role (young graduates with strong commercial drive are welcome).
