About the role
Compass Group, the world’s largest food services company, is seeking a Business Developer to expand its activities across Brussels, Wallonia and Walloon Brabant. The role focuses on prospecting new opportunities, opening doors and building long‑term client relationships in the French‑speaking market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Develop customised proposals and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Build trust and maintain lasting relationships with national and international customers.
Required profile
- Proactive, energetic and results‑driven professional with a strong hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Genuine interest in the food, hospitality or services sector.
Required skills
- Fluent French.
- Knowledge of Dutch and English is a strong asset.
