Business Controller – CFO’s Right Hand in Automotive Industry

About the role

Join a leading automotive industrial company in the Liège region as a Business Controller. You will work closely with the CFO, providing hands‑on financial analysis that directly influences site performance and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and regular management reporting.
• Act as a business partner to operational teams, supporting decision‑making.
• Participate in monthly closings, including provisions, inventory, fixed assets, and results analysis.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing, monitoring, and adjusting plans.
• Optimize profitability by conducting cost analyses and supporting strategic decisions such as pricing and purchasing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or audit.
• Fluent French and good English; German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or management.
