Business & Client Developer – Sales & Key Account Manager

About the role

Ework Group is expanding its presence in Belgium and seeks a Business & Client Developer who will split time between winning new customers and deepening existing relationships. The role is hybrid, based in Brussels (with travel to Ghent and Antwerp), and operates in English and Dutch and/or French.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open doors with mid‑to‑large enterprises, building a strong pipeline through outreach, networking and partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, positioning Ework’s freelance and total‑talent solutions at senior level.
• Convert new opportunities into long‑term commercial partnerships and act as an ambassador for Ework in the Belgian market.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers.
• Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, lead negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.
• Own commercial performance (P&L) and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in new‑business acquisition or account management.
• Strong track record in staffing or talent‑solution services.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision‑makers.
• Structured, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.
