Business Change & Communications Specialist (NATO ITM RC1)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Change & Communications Specialist to support the ITM Recovery Increment 1 (ITM RC1) project, a NATO initiative that replaces legacy classified networks with a modernised operational network across the NATO Command Structure.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute an awareness campaign plan for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate awareness artefacts such as slide decks, Q&As, feedback tracking, and promotional videos.
• Support video production by developing creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, document action items and follow up with project teams and external contributors.
• Support organisational change management activities and align awareness tasks with OCM work.
• Coordinate production and storage of project, system, test and service documentation.
• Track, monitor and report project progress in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation on SharePoint and JIRA.
• Produce monthly sprint completion reports and a final project‑closure report.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in awareness campaigns and video creation.
• At least three years of experience in organisational change or transformational projects.
• Five years of experience providing project‑management support.
• Proficiency in taking meeting minutes and drafting comprehensive summaries.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to produce concise texts for varied audiences.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
