Business Application Developer – Odoo & Power BI

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Belgian company as a Business Application Developer and help shape its digital backbone. Working closely with the IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, you will design, improve and connect the tools that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise and maintain Odoo modules, workflows, reports and integrations.
• Build dashboards, reports and data models in Power BI.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across business processes.
• Create integrations between Odoo, the in‑house ERP and other applications.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, reporting and productivity.
• Lead and support digitisation projects throughout the organisation.
• Provide training and support to users adopting new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluent in French; Dutch is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Odoo development and configuration.
• Power BI data visualisation.
• Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• C# (plus).
