Business Analyst (Mid/Senior)

About the role

Craftzing is seeking a Business Analyst (mid‑senior) to act as the strategic bridge between client ambitions and digital delivery teams. You will translate complex business challenges into clear roadmaps, process models and success metrics, ensuring that solutions deliver lasting impact for clients such as Telenet, Digitaal Vlaanderen and BNP. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to shape digital platforms, apps and services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the link between client stakeholders and our digital delivery teams, ensuring clear collaboration and alignment.
• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research, turning them into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows, and design future processes that guide platform, app, or service development.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and prioritized backlogs.
• Support solution validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Use data and insights to inform recommendations and help clients make evidence‑based decisions.

Required profile

• You’re an analytical thinker who brings clarity to complexity.
• You bring hands‑on experience in business analysis, especially in digital environments.
• You know how to translate high‑level objectives into actionable plans.
• You quickly immerse yourself in a specific industry, grasping sector‑specific challenges and nuances.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and able to engage both business leaders and technical teams.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and guiding decision‑making processes.
• You’re organized, pragmatic, and creatively solve problems.
• English and Dutch fluency is essential; French is a welcome plus.
