Business Analyst Consultant

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst Consultant to join a client in the Mobility Business Line. You will work on‑site in Brussels, supporting performance monitoring, reporting and project coordination while acting as the consultancy’s representative.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a structured framework for monitoring performance, partnerships, actions and business projects related to Mobility.
• Consolidate and ensure reliability of performance reporting.
• Support Key Account Managers in tracking action plans and formalise a readable, actionable monitoring framework.
• Coordinate Mobility‑related business projects and facilitate escalation of alerts, decisions and arbitrations.
• Prepare management and governance support materials and deliver quality support for steering meetings.
• Develop dashboards for business performance monitoring (volume, margin, profitability, pricing, etc.).

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business performance management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured approach.
• Ability to work independently, openness to change and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch, French and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint.
• Experience with tracking tools for performance monitoring.
