Business Analyst - AI Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2‑4 years of experience to work on AI‑related projects for our banking and insurance clients. You will join a growing team, tackling challenging initiatives and contributing to internal AI solutions that expand Sailpeak’s offering.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the product roadmap into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Act as the bridge between business and AI/tech teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Document and optimise process flows, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Improve business processes by spotting inefficiencies and proposing AI‑powered solutions such as chatbots, digital assistants, and intelligent agents.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Provide insights and reporting on performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics to guide decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, VAs, speech‑to‑text, digital assistants).
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French/Dutch.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Passion for continuous learning in AI and data science.
