Brand Manager Internship – Baby Nutrition

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager Intern to join Nestlé Baby’s Nutrition Team in Brussels. The 6‑month paid internship will support the development, communication and launch of baby food products, helping the brand stay competitive and delight Belgian babies and toddlers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital and print communication assets such as social campaigns, e‑newsletters, website landing pages and outdoor tasting materials.
• Brief external agencies, follow up on asset creation and validate packaging artwork.
• Own the internal launch process for new products or renovations, coordinating artwork updates, retro‑planning with European factories and liaising with sales and regulatory teams.
• Maintain and update CRM communications, monitor engagement and ensure relevance for customers.
• Analyse market actions and competition using Nielsen data and other sources.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Junior professional with a hands‑on approach, flexible and autonomous.
• Project‑management skills and a passion for the FMCG sector.
