Brand Manager – Cardio‑Renal‑Metabolic (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead our Cardio‑Renal‑Metabolic portfolio in Brussels. You will work closely with the Cardio‑Renal‑Metabolic Marketing Lead and regional teams to shape brand strategy and drive growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and execute strategic brand plans for cardio‑renal‑metabolic products.
• Monitor brand performance and adapt tactics to meet evolving customer needs.
• Lead sales cycle meetings to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Drive customer engagement through the rollout of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and inform future brand direction.
• Collaborate with medical, market access, sales teams and external partners such as HCPs, agencies and patient organisations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French (both a strong plus).
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
• Team player comfortable in an international, intercultural environment.
