Brand Management Internship – Schwarzkopf Professional

About the role

Join Henkel’s Professional Haircare division as a Brand Management & Marketing Intern and help bring iconic brands such as Schwarzkopf Professional to life. You will work on both online and offline campaigns, product launches and content creation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support brand management and trade‑marketing activities.
• Create, write, edit and translate marketing content (EN → NL/FR).
• Coordinate artworks and marketing materials with external agencies.
• Assist in developing and executing online advertising strategies.
• Manage multilingual content for digital and print channels.
• Support product launches, including campaigns, POS materials and presentations.
• Create, send and analyse newsletters.
• Analyse marketing performance and propose optimisations.
• Collaborate with the sales team for insights and support.
• Organise and execute events (PR, influencer, client and consumer).
• Contribute to PR seeding and influencer strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Native Dutch or French speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Based in Brussels.
• Strong interest in beauty, haircare and digital content creation.
• Hands‑on, proactive and able to work independently.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
