Brand Controller

About the role

As a Brand Controller within the Benelux Shared Service Organization, you will support the FP&A Manager for the Benelux region and the Country General Managers of Guerlain Belux and Guerlain Netherlands. Based in Brussels, the role combines financial reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement to drive profitable decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly variance analysis on revenue, margins, operating and marketing costs, and activity profitability by customer and product line.
• Support month‑end closing and budgeting in close collaboration with the Accounting team, preparing full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and monthly provisions.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports for local and central management.
• Assist the Marketing team with advertising and promotion cost tracking (POSM, local purchases, media).
• Evaluate investment projects (CAPEX) and perform ad‑hoc financial analyses.
• Coach and mentor the FP&A intern.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business controlling or financial accounting.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, product‑focused, international environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with IFRS and accounting policies.
