Brand Communication Manager – Lead Brand Strategy & PR

About the role

As the Brand Communication point‑of‑contact, you will shape and protect the company’s brand image across all channels. You will lead the development of communication strategies, PR initiatives, social media, and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends and consumer behaviour.
• Develop and implement brand communication strategies to strengthen identity and recognition.
• Plan and execute brand events aligned with brand values.
• Create and oversee marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage website and social‑media content, curating posts and campaigns.
• Identify and engage relevant media outlets, journalists, editors and influencers in the online entertainment/sports sector.
• Supervise social‑media specialists, ensuring cohesive messaging.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align branding with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to find differentiation opportunities.
• Analyse communication metrics and user behaviour, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in brand management and communication.
• Strong leadership ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai, Vietnamese and English.
