BMS Project Manager – Smart Building Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead complex, high‑value smart building projects across commercial, data‑centre and critical infrastructure environments in the Flemish region of Belgium. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of Building Management Systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of BMS and building automation projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, commissioning specialists and subcontractors.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
• Oversee system integration, commissioning and validation activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
• Support pre‑sales and tendering activities and drive project profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering BMS or building automation projects in a project‑management capacity.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract‑management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What we offer

• Yearly salary between €80,000 and €100,000.
