BMS Project Manager – Building Automation

About the role

We are expanding the Belgian delivery team of a leading European building automation specialist. As a BMS Project Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value smart building projects across commercial, data‑centre and critical infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of BMS projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks and resources to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, commissioning specialists and subcontractors.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee system integration, commissioning and validation activities while ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
• Support pre‑sales and tendering activities and drive project profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering BMS or building automation projects in a project‑management capacity.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract‑management experience.
• Background in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering (preferred).
• Experience in commercial, pharmaceutical, data‑centre or critical‑environment projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

What we offer

• Yearly salary €80,000 – €100,000
