BI Analyst – Power BI & Data Reporting

About the role

Yuzzu, an insurance broker within the AXA Group, is looking for a BI Analyst to support business decision‑making through data extraction, reporting and dashboard development. The role focuses on Power BI and reporting automation and reports to the Head of Data & Reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract, transform and validate data from multiple sources ensuring quality and consistency.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to increase efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into data models and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Document data definitions, processes and reporting logic.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboards).
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Basic knowledge of SAS.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Understanding of data modelling and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker (optional).
