Banking Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Banking Senior Analyst to join its Financial Services practice in Brussels. You will work on international IT transformation projects, applying the latest banking knowledge and AI trends to deliver innovative solutions for leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own scope within multi‑disciplinary project teams delivering technology solutions for banks.
• Analyse complex banking issues, define requirements and shape solution designs.
• Collaborate with near‑shore or off‑shore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to the development of AI‑enabled client experiences.
• Support the growth of the global Accenture Banking network by sharing expertise.

Required profile

• Professional experience in at least one banking domain such as Payments, Cards, Credit or Accounts.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined project scope.
• Interest in expanding technology and banking knowledge.
