Banking Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Banking Consultant to join its Business Architecture team in Brussels. You will work on international IT transformation projects for financial services clients, applying the latest technology trends and AI innovations to deliver high‑value solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team and manage a defined project scope within financial services transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with clients to shape and deliver innovative banking solutions.
• Apply AI concepts to enhance client experiences and outcomes.
• Coordinate with near‑shore and off‑shore resources to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking domain such as Payments, Cards, Credit or Accounts.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French language skills are a plus.
• Proven experience in resource management, team coaching, scope and risk management, and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation, planning and delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with near‑shore or off‑shore teams.

Required skills

• Affinity with AI technologies (preferred).
