B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

Management Centre Europe is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to lead its digital demand‑generation engine across the EMEA region. Based in Brussels with the option to work remotely, you will shape how the organisation is discovered, understood, and chosen by modern AI‑driven search and buying audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own website architecture, content, and AI‑ready structure, ensuring clean information architecture, semantic HTML, and schema markup.
• Drive classic SEO and emerging AI search visibility (Generative Engine Optimization/Answer Engine Optimization) to capture organic traffic and AI‑assistant citations.
• Manage paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing, testing AI‑assisted creation, targeting, and bidding.
• Plan and execute AI‑enhanced email and database marketing, using segmentation and personalization to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate lead‑generation events across EMEA and support related logistics.
• Oversee social media marketing initiatives aligned with demand‑generation goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within professional services or training sectors.
• Strong curiosity for AI tools and their impact on visibility, content, and campaign performance.
• Ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable marketing strategies.
