Associate Software Engineer

About the role

As an Associate Software Engineer you will join OMP’s Industry team to develop and enhance industry‑specific supply‑chain solutions. You will work on real‑world challenges, turning functional requirements into robust, scalable software that helps leading companies optimise their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and algorithms specific to industry solutions.
• Detail designs, produce technical specifications and write high‑quality code following Scrum methodology.
• Collaborate with solution managers, analysts, consultants and QA engineers to validate requirements and ensure delivery.
• Review code written by peers and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and support released features based on user feedback.
• Continuously grow expertise in preferred technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Passion for writing high‑quality software and solving complex algorithmic problems.
• Creative mindset with a strong desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
• Customer‑centric attitude and ability to work in a multinational, customer‑driven environment.
