Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Corporate & Commercial Law team in Brussels. You will work with national and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, contributing to the firm’s mission of building trust and solving important problems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in setting up and reshaping corporate structures and drafting commercial contracts.
• Support M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, structuring, contract drafting and negotiations.
• Handle a broad range of corporate and commercial law issues for companies, NGOs and government bodies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across PwC Legal, tax and finance experts, and participate in cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law with a focus on corporate law (or additional corporate law qualification).
• 1‑2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and writing skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; familiar with AI tools.
