Associate Events Coordinator – Mastercard Academy Europe

About the role

Mastercard Academy is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Events Coordinator to support the delivery of learning experiences across Europe. You will work closely with internal trainers and cross‑functional teams to design, produce, and execute virtual, hybrid, and face‑to‑face events that engage participants and reinforce Mastercard’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of Academy learning events using platforms such as Adobe Connect, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage timelines, logistics and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical and creative support to trainers and learners during live sessions.
• Maintain consistent quality, branding and participant experience across all event formats.
• Support user onboarding and management on the Academy learning platform while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Document event coordination processes, create internal playbooks and checklists.
• Assist with the creation of marketing collateral for events as needed.

Required profile
