Associate Director, Total Productive Maintenance Lead

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the global deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across its manufacturing network. This senior position will shape the TPM strategy, standards and capability‑building programmes, driving world‑class equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global TPM framework, maturity models and multi‑year deployment roadmap.
• Introduce best‑in‑class TPM and manufacturing excellence practices into the One Operational Excellence System.
• Establish governance, performance tracking and executive review processes.
• Build TPM capability through training, certification and coaching programmes.
• Act as the global subject‑matter expert for Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Early Equipment Management.
• Partner with Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Site and Maintenance leaders to remove barriers and accelerate performance.
• Deliver measurable improvements in OEE, reliability, asset productivity, cost efficiency and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in TPM, Operational Excellence, Asset Care or Reliability within manufacturing environments.
• Proven success leading TPM or manufacturing excellence programmes across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated track record of operational and financial improvements.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
