Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our Carhartt WIP store in Brussels. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store performance and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing and operating the Brussels store on a daily basis.
• Step in as acting Store Manager when the Store Manager is absent.
• Implement company procedures and directives to maintain consistent standards.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed set targets.
• Coach and mentor sales staff, providing feedback to improve product knowledge and customer service.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store condition.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of deliveries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Commercial awareness and a passion for fashion.
• Fluent in French and English.
