Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Levi’s store in Leuven. In this role you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining visual standards and ensuring smooth daily operations while embodying the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit‑driving opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team and monitor performance.
• Run reports, analyse results and communicate action plans to the Store Manager.
• Oversee store costs, stock management, payroll, administrative tasks and staff rotas.
• Motivate, coach and train team members on product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Take full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience leading and developing retail teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience with store operations, stock control and administrative duties.
• Ability to inspire and drive a team to surpass performance goals.
