Assistant Store Manager – Brussels Louise

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Maje boutique in the Louise district of Brussels. In this role you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive commercial performance, ensure smooth daily operations and lead a team of sales associates.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in commercial and operational management of the store.
• Supervise, coach and train sales staff to deliver high‑level customer service.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and store animation in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment and sales reporting.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting the brand’s values.
