About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our Carhartt WIP store in Brussels. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help ensure the store meets its sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overall store management and daily operations.
- Act as deputy in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Implement company procedures and directives.
- Drive sales plans and achieve set targets.
- Support the team with product knowledge and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee timely processing of deliveries.
- Participate in recruitment, training and development of staff.
Required profile
- Strong ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with commercial awareness.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Enthusiastic about fashion and retail.
Required skills
- Good IT skills.
