Assistant Store Manager (35 hours) - Hasselt

About the role

Mango is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Hasselt, working 35 hours per week. You will support the store manager in running the shop effectively, improving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service and keeping the team motivated while carrying out its daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor measures needed to meet and exceed sales targets
• Apply the brand's visual merchandising standards and optimise sales space to maximise profitability
• Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team
• Recruit, train and integrate new employees

Required profile

• Ideally Visual Merchandising experience
• At least 1 year of relevant experience managing a shop or as a visual merchandiser in fashion retail
• Eligible to work in Belgium
• Good product knowledge and fashion awareness
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Sales-oriented, organised and able to work under pressure
