Assistant Boutique Manager – Nespresso (Brussels)

About the role

As an Assistant Boutique Manager you support the Boutique Manager in delivering the premium Nespresso experience in the Louise Boutique, Brussels. You lead the team, ensure operational excellence and drive commercial performance while acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to create memorable customer experiences and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets, KPIs and profitability, including P&L monitoring and labour cost control.
• Coach and train staff, manage scheduling and workforce planning in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé safety, health and environmental policies and advise on personnel practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with strong customer service focus.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in team development.
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing times.
