Area Talent Acquisition Partner – Belgium

About the role

We are seeking an Area Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growing network of veterinary clinics across Belgium. In this relationship‑focused position you will partner with clinic leaders to understand their hiring needs and build long‑term connections within the veterinary community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic managers to define talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Map the veterinary talent market in Belgium, proactively engaging passive candidates.
• Lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for veterinarians, veterinary nurses and support staff.
• Organise and represent MVH Europe at industry events, networking sessions and local meet‑ups.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold MVH’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time, including weekly visits to the office and clinic sites.
