Archive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Archive Assistant to join our Bolton office and support the firm’s archiving operations. You will work within a friendly, busy team to manage deeds, archive files and assist with retrieval requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deeds, archiving and retrieval alongside the existing team.
• Process deed retrieval requests received from other departments.
• Maintain an efficient, documented archiving system for all files.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good IT proficiency.
• Effective communication and ability to work well within a team.
• Motivated, reliable, friendly and eager to learn.
• Valid driving licence for travel between archiving units and offices.
