Anaplan Solution Architect

About the role

PwC Advisory is seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to lead large‑scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformations. You will work closely with CFOs and senior finance leaders to design, implement, and optimise Anaplan solutions that address FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary solution architect on end‑to‑end EPM projects, focusing on FP&A and/or consolidation.
• Translate client business requirements into detailed Anaplan blueprints, bridging the gap between IT and finance.
• Design overall EPM system architecture, advise on integration strategies, and validate data flows.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept builds for prospective clients and ensure delivery of maximum value.
• Coach junior model builders, serve as the main client contact during projects, and enforce best‑practice modeling standards.
• Provide internal Anaplan training, act as subject‑matter expert, and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an Anaplan solution architect on a minimum of two full‑cycle projects.
• Strong understanding of CFO agendas, current technology trends, and global economic impacts.
• Ability to collaborate with local Anaplan sales and alliance teams.

Required skills

• Anaplan (hands‑on implementation and model building)
• Familiarity with other EPM tools such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Pigment, Oracle EPM
• Finance modeling expertise in costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation
