Analytics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who will turn raw data into trusted, reusable data products that empower self‑service analytics, executive decision‑making and AI‑driven insights across our consumer business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain business‑focused data products, KPIs and datasets.
• Translate business ideas into reusable metrics and collaborate with Data Engineering to industrialise self‑service analytics.
• Own KPI definitions, work with Data Governance on data quality, compliance and metadata lineage.
• Develop reusable data assets, automate reports and enhance the analytics stack and semantic layer.
• Prepare data for AI‑driven analytics, evaluate new technologies and support augmented analytics initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, support analysts and promote standard metrics and automation.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development or data product design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data, statistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of telecom or commercial analytics and how analytics drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; fluent English (French a plus).

• Advanced SQL and data modelling.
• Cloud data platforms, preferably Google BigQuery.
• Semantic modelling and BI ecosystem tools.
• Data governance tools such as DataGalaxy.
• Transformation frameworks like dbt.
• Data quality management practices.
