Analyst, Executive Search

About the role

Spencer Stuart is seeking an Analyst to join its Executive Search team in Brussels. Working closely with consultants and associates, the analyst will support board‑level and senior‑executive search assignments across a variety of industries, providing research, market insight and analytical support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of senior‑level executive search projects.
• Conduct industry, company and talent research to identify potential candidates across markets and geographies.
• Develop talent maps and synthesize market, competitive and leadership insights.
• Prepare client‑ready materials such as search strategies, market overviews, candidate profiles and presentations.
• Support candidate outreach, engagement and relationship management.
• Monitor leadership movements, succession trends and evolving talent landscapes.
• Collaborate with colleagues in international offices on cross‑border assignments.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and best‑practice initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 0‑2 years of experience in consulting, research, executive search, talent advisory or a similar analytical environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong judgment when evaluating incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
