All‑round Commis – Hotel Service Team

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic All‑round Commis to join the dynamic team at Thon Hotel Bristol in Brussels. You will work across all Food & Beverage outlets, delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and banqueting service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and suggest improvements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and adapt to flexible shift patterns.
• Provide accurate information about menu items and recommend beverages.

Required profile

• Motivated to make a direct impact on guest experience.
• Eager to learn, develop skills and take initiative.
• Customer‑oriented with a passion for hospitality.
• Comfortable communicating in English, French and Dutch.
• Flexible attitude with no strict 9‑to‑5 mindset.

Required skills

• Experience in a similar hospitality role (bar or restaurant experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.
