All-round Crew Member

About the role

BAVET is looking for an enthusiastic All-round Crew Member to join its vibrant spaghetti‑dining concept. You will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests with a smile and helping to deliver a memorable, "saucy" experience both at the front of house and in the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a friendly and energetic atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve spaghetti bowls quickly while maintaining consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Support and guide new team members and room staff.
• Contribute to a productive team environment by promoting efficiency and cooperation.
• Act as a waste‑reduction champion, minimizing food waste and promoting sustainable practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service.
• Positive, dynamic attitude with strong people and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.

• Basic food preparation and service skills.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
