AI Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to work directly with clients, uncovering where artificial intelligence can deliver measurable impact and translating those insights into actionable roadmaps. This hands‑on advisory position blends strategic thinking with deep operational understanding to guide AI adoption from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops across client operations to surface high‑value AI use cases.
• Prioritise identified use cases based on value, feasibility, risk and regulatory constraints.
• Develop detailed AI roadmaps that outline sequencing, resources and timelines.
• Build robust business cases, quantifying costs, expected impact and realistic adoption pathways.
• Remain engaged through implementation to ensure the strategy aligns with real‑world execution.

Required profile

• Consulting or strategy background with proven operational depth.
• Ability to map business problems to concrete AI solutions.
• Strong client communication skills and structured analytical thinking.
• Realistic understanding of current AI capabilities and limitations.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Preferably experience in a regulated industry.
