EWOR is building a cutting‑edge AI Research Lab and seeks a Behavioral Scientist to lead 0‑to‑1 initiatives. This fully remote position offers the chance to translate strategic vision into concrete AI solutions and drive rapid prototyping to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core initiatives within the AI Research Lab, from concept to deployment.
• Translate high‑level strategic goals into detailed execution roadmaps.
• Architect scalable, production‑ready solutions that support rapid growth and potential spin‑off.
• Collaborate directly with the department founder and a world‑class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, with openness to remote work.
• High‑agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and end‑to‑end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
