AI Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Product Designer to reshape digital experiences by blending creativity, technology, and artificial intelligence. Based in Belgium, you will turn business ideas into interactive prototypes, working across UX, UI, motion, content, and AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Transform product and growth concepts into functional digital experiences, from sketches to interactive prototypes.
• Build rapid prototypes using AI‑first design tools such as Figma Make, Claude Design, and emerging technologies.
• Create user interfaces, experiences, animations, and lightweight front‑end implementations as needed.
• Generate visual assets, images, videos, and content elements to enrich product experiences.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate design processes and improve iteration speed.
• Collaborate with growth teams and cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple products.
• Continuously explore new AI capabilities and integrate innovative approaches into the design workflow.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and contribute ideas to product strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar digital product roles.
• Ability to turn design concepts into working prototypes using coding skills or AI‑assisted tools.
• Experience creating animations and interactive experiences at the code level.
• Strong portfolio showcasing projects enhanced through AI‑powered workflows.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable platforms.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows.
• Creative mindset, problem‑solving skills, and capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
