AI Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Manager to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and business adoption. You will work closely with both technical and business teams to identify high‑impact AI opportunities, support the rollout of generative AI solutions such as Copilot, and help turn AI concepts into practical improvements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable operational value.
• Support proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and experimentation while ensuring alignment with governance and business objectives.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows, create prompt libraries, guides, and practical examples.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor, providing coaching, workshops, and training to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of AI experimentation, share best practices, and champion AI adoption across teams.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, analytics, AI consulting or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies (LLMs, chatbots, automation, predictive models).
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working across technical and business environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Motivation to move into a strategic, transformational, or leadership‑focused role.
