AI Engineering Manager – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Finance AI Engineering Manager to lead the AI transformation of Finance within Johnson & Johnson’s SigniFi program. The role will drive AI‑first development, embed intelligent automation and deliver next‑generation capabilities across Transact, Treasury (TMS), FlexOps and SAP BTP.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI roadmap for Finance technology, prioritising high‑value AI use cases.
• Implement an AI‑first software development lifecycle (SASA) including AI‑assisted design, automated code generation, testing and defect prediction.
• Lead design, development and deployment of predictive analytics, intelligent automation (RPA + AI) and generative AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into SAP S/4HANA, Treasury Management System, FlexOps platforms and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Embed AI copilots and automation tools into development workflows and standardise AI‑driven practices across teams and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience combining AI/ML expertise with deep SAP technical knowledge.
• Strong background in finance processes and finance‑technology transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional technology teams.
