AI Enablement / Training Lead

About the role

The AI Enablement / Training Lead will partner with client organisations to build genuine AI fluency across their teams. Working on‑site, you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that translate complex AI concepts into practical, non‑technical knowledge, ensuring lasting adoption after Code75 hands over.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run interactive training sessions that develop real AI competence in client teams.
• Create enablement materials, playbooks and internal champion resources to support ongoing learning.
• Drive adoption by addressing resistance, facilitating change and promoting a culture of AI‑enabled decision making.
• Measure adoption metrics, analyse feedback and feed insights back into future delivery cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enablement, training, change management or learning & development.
• Ability to make technical AI concepts understandable for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated AI fluency sufficient to teach the subject credibly.
• Nice to have experience with enterprise‑scale change programmes.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
